Six Bar Angel Fish, Pomacanthus sexstriatus

As an adult, the primarily pale-tan body has five nearly evenly-spaced dark brown stripes. The sixth stripe is white and just behind the eye. Dark blue polka-dots cover the entire body, while vibrant sapphire-blue dots cover the caudal fin and back portion of the anal fin. 

In nature, Sixbar Angel fish graze on sessile invertebrates and macroalgae. This makes them risky for marine tanks with coral, as they can nip. However, it may be possible to keep some carefully selected corals in the same tank as the Adult Sixbar Angelfish.

They require an aquarium with many hiding places, large amounts of live rock will also help create a good environment.

The diet of the Six Bar Angel Fish should include marine algae, mysis or frozen shrimp, and chopped meaty foods.
